After registering, you will be automatically connected to Sched for our online program. In Sched, you are able to plan your own personal schedule in advance for open sessions and events you wish to attend, and register for special workshops with "limited capacities" such as mobile workshops. Please note: you must register for limited capacity sessions on Sched if you wish to attend them.
Once in Sched, set up your personal details so that others can interact with you!
Scholarships:
Placemaking Week scholarships cover the cost of registration fees only. We are unable to offer help with travel, accommodation or other expenses.
Round 2 of our scholarship applications has now closed, the deadline to apply was August 12th at 5pm. We will notify all applicants of their status by email of their status by August 23rd Please note that we have very few scholarships to offer this round, and we do recommend searching for other funding options if you need support to attend Placemaking Week. We will not be offering another scholarship round.
Refund Policy:
No cost substitutions. Full refunds will be issued until August 23, 2019. If you request a refund between August 24 and September 20, 2019, we will only be able to refund 50% of the registration price. Sorry - no refunds will be given after September 20.
